In the heart of Oxford, J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis regularly gathered at a humble pub called the Eagle and Child, affectionately known as the “Bird and Baby.” There, alongside fellow writers known as the Inklings, they shared stories, debated philosophy and faith, and nurtured the imaginative worlds that would become The Lord of the Rings and The Chronicles of Narnia.
